Arielle Albert joined Danow McMullan and Panoff, P.C. as an associate attorney in 2013 after serving as a law clerk with the firm throughout law school. Mrs. Albert is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey. In 2018 the firm proudly announced that Ms Albert had become a partner at Danow, McMullan & Panoff.
Focusing her practice on alcohol beverage control law, Ms. Albert guides clients through the regulatory complexities involved in the manufacture, importation, distribution and sale of beverage alcohol. Ms. Albert's clients include established industry members as well as emerging companies new to the beverage alcohol industry.
Ms. Albert's responsibilities include counseling clients on regulatory matters and legal compliance with federal and state laws, conducting comprehensive national surveys for clients operating in more than one state and assisting clients in transactional matters involving beverage alcohol. In addition, Ms. Albert counsels clients throughout the state and federal licensing and permitting process, applying for state and federal label approval and advises clients seeking federal and state approval for distilleries, wineries, breweries and other facilities.
Ms. Albert's practice areas also include residential and commercial real estate, including sales and acquisitions as well as commercial leases, civil litigation, arbitration and estate planning.
Ms. Albert is a Contributing Editor to Beverage Media Magazine and co-authors a monthly article alerting readers to trending issues in alcohol beverage control law.
Ms. Albert earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree, from the University of Vermont. At Hofstra, Ms. Albert was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of International Business and Law, a Publication of the Hofstra University School of Law and Frank G. Zarb School of Business.
